Advancing San Diego Employer Working Group

Join us in growing a diverse, qualified pool of computing and engineering talent for San Diego!
Along with our partners in The Border Region Inclusive Talent Pipeline Collaborative, we invite you to participate in upcoming Advancing San Diego employer working groups.

Hiring managers and HR leaders are invited to contribute to a series of meetings and surveys that will assess regional workforce needs to build a stronger talent pipeline into entry-level computing and engineering roles. Through the collaborative, employers will share which in-demand jobs are critical to their San Diego operations and which skills are necessary to fill those jobs. Employer working groups will leverage Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) strategies developed by the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation. Learn more about TPM here.
