Most every year, EDC hosts a Leadership Trip, bringing together San Diego’s top leaders from business, nonprofit, academic, and government sectors for a few days of reflection, connection, and collaboration to advance the region’s Inclusive Growth. 2025 marks five years from our 2030 Goals and it’s time for a refresh.

This year, we’re retreating in Palm Desert—a serene setting where meaningful conversations and new ideas can thrive. Together, we’ll cultivate stronger connections and fresh solutions to shape a more inclusive, prosperous future for San Diego.
