Skilled Trades Employer Working Group: Happy hour

Help us align critical talent pipelines for the US Navy and its suppliers.

In collaboration with BlueForge Alliance, EDC invites San Diego companies to join an Employer Working Group focused on building a stronger talent pipeline of skilled tradespeople. As the defense industry invests in strengthening its supply chain and workforce across the United States, this working group will focus on businesses that are contractors or sub-contractors to the U.S. Navy, particularly those in the shipbuilding and submarine industrial bases. Participating companies are asked to identify one talent acquisition leader and one subject matter expert or hiring manager to attend this event. In the case of small businesses, EDC understands that the talent acquisition leader and subject matter expert may be the same person.
